Invoicing is a critical business process that Dsco manages seamlessly. Suppliers are able to create and forward invoices once shipments have been sent, and retailers can accept the invoice into accounting and ERP systems for easy processing via one of our many integration methods & protocols. Within our portal, our invoice object pre populates invoice from the PO and includes drop down choices to add additional terms and other related fields. Dsco can customize, by retailer, what terms suppliers see; and soon we will be able to customize by supplier category or line item.
A successful drop shipping operation requires the collaboration between both retailers and suppliers. Dsco Platform enables this collaboratin through both a Dashboard tab and an Analytics tab. With The Dashboard Tab, retailers can see an operational overview, onboarding proceess and any issues needing attention. Notification are for providing Performance SLA and Platform Alerts. Our notification system keeps you up-to-date on the most pressing matters within the platform. The underlying philosophy is not only to expose issues with supply chain, but to also make it easy to act on the information. For example, late shipment alerts tell you those suppliers who are not meeting your SLA requirements, and system alerts inform you of new features and enhancements.
That’s ok, most long-term contracts leave you room to move new suppliers to us, so you can do this in parallel.
We can create common templates or create a mapping to your templates, so suppliers just have to point their files to a new location.
